I had a great experience with Elite Pet Taxi service. We were three people with five pieces of luggage, six carry-on bags, and two cats. Marcel was very nice and considerate, providing welcome water and snacks. He assisted with all the check-in procedures, making the process quick and convenient. The well-maintained vehicle made driving enjoyable, and the flexibility to explore at my own pace was a huge plus. Overall, the friendly staff and quality service made it a worthwhile choice for my trip.

Moving back to the UK after 10.5 years abroad was a stressful process. The most stressful part was bringing my fur baby back! That’s until I came across Elite. Once we provisionally booked their services, Marcel and Lucia jumped on a call with us and immediately put our mind at rest. They were friendly and professional and we felt in very safe hands. On the day of the move, Marcel was early to the airport and kept in constant contact with us. We felt reassured and cared for. He was great with our dog, even walking her when we stopped for a coffee! If you are considering a pet taxi service, look no further. They are superb. 10/10

I recently used Elite Pet Taxi to transport my dog, Jerry, from outside of the UK/EU to Paris and then to London. I was impressed by the service and would rate it 5 stars. Marcel, the driver, made sure that I sent him the paperwork beforehand so he could check it and make sure all was in order. There was an issue with a paper, but Marcel made sure we had several options to sort it out so I didn't get stuck in France. Marcel's knowledge of the process and his veterinary contacts in France made this stressful process much easier. He was professional, friendly, and took great care of Jerry during the journey. Even after Marcel finished the job, he contacted me to make sure that we were settled in London. I highly recommend Elite Pet Taxi for anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet transportation service.

Management was very commutative and helped me every step along the way. I had an issue at UK border crossing, and I ended up being stuck in the Border Patrol station for 7.5hrs, and they were able to schedule another ticket for me, and my driver Rene waited for hours for me to get out. We ended up leaving around 2AM to go to the UK via Le Shuttle. I am very thankful they were able to help me get to the UK with my puppy, and Rene recommended a pet friendly hotel near the terminal I could stay in until the trains started running again, and he dropped me off there, so I could continue my journey into England. My trip would have been very different if they decided to not wait for me and help me get to the hotel.

I moved to London for work and left my dog Oliver in Prague until I found a flat and got settled. Then, I started looking for a service to bring my dog from Prague to London. I received a recommendation from Facebook about that service. Since I had never done such a thing before, I was a bit stressed. However, when I called Lucia and Marcel, I immediately sensed how much they love dogs and how serious and good their service is. This morning, they picked up Oliver from Prague, and I felt a wave of relief. The pictures they sent showed how caring and loving they are, which made me feel calm. Throughout the journey, they sent me pictures, videos, and lots of texts. Oliver was happy and calm with them. They are truly amazing people. I am delighted that I chose their service! Don't hesitate to choose them too. You won't regret it, and your dog will be in excellent company!

I had a pet taxi from CDG to Folkestone which was great, Rene was my driver and he was very courteous and professional, I also had another pet taxi the next day with his brother Marek from Folkestone to London and he was also very professional & courteous. I felt safe through it all and I highly recommend Elite Pet Taxi. They were very attentive to my fur child Max, friendly, timely, and provided amazing service from the beginning of the booking all the way to our destination.Overall a great company that I would highly recommend to family/friends!

We were helped by Elite pet taxi to move our large dog and 2 cats from France to the UK. The experience with them was amazing to say the least. Lucia and Marcel were the best! The communication received from them was timely, very clear, and very helpful too. They took the time to discuss the journey, the required paperwork and even checked it beforehand to ensure that it is correct and guided us through the entire process. The vehicle itself was very comfortable and very clean too. All our belongings were safely and expertly packed by Marcel in the day of departure. The drive was very comfortable, with great conversation with Marcel, we had regular stops to relieve the pets, stretch our own legs and feed the pets as well. Would definitely recommend them over anyone else. Their pricing was fair and very reasonable too. Should we need to in the future, I wouldn’t even consider anyone else except for them, the bar is set very high indeed.

Thanks to Marcel and Lucia for their help. They assisted us in transferring our cat from France to London. We had five pieces of luggage and a cat, and the car was well-equipped, so we didn’t need to worry about space or comfort. The whole trip went smoothly, including crossing the French border and checking the animal health certificate. This journey was very enjoyable, and I recommend this company. The price is reasonable for the services provided.

Need help moving your pet across Europe and the UK? Paws for thought, Elite Pet Taxi is the company for you! Marcel and Lucia will lead and guide you through every step.  We had to relocate to the UK from Thailand, following a devastating family loss, and didn't realise the hoops we needed to jump through. Our airline took until the morning of our flight to authorise our request of Pet Carriage, but Lucia kept us calm and wouldn't accept final payment until everything was finalised. A very kind and considerate thing to do. After a long and exhausting journey, Marcel was in the terminal to greet us. He met us with a friendly smile and treated us with care and kindness. Without asking, Marcel took charge of our luggage with the addition of a heavy box, up until dropoff where he carried everything to our front door. Also, Marcel was prepared with a tray of litter, and we had a smooth and quiet ride from Paris to London. Marcel was by our side every step of the way, and acted with utter professionalism creating an air of calm at every step and  border encountered. Additionally, he changed the Le Shuttle time without question due to a couple of delays. Tippy cat felt safe, secure, and happy in Marcel's company, as did we. Can't rate this company highly enough, they are second to none, and great value for money. We would like to wish Elite Pet Taxi all the best for the future

A friend of mine got stranded in Paris not being able to get to London due to unhelpful Eurostar employees and stupid regulations. I found Elite Pet Taxi by luck searching for ways to get my friend here. Even though it was quite late in the evening, Marcel retuned my call, found a driver and reviewed my friend's documentation to make sure everything was in order and she could travel without any issues. He and his wife were very friendly and helpful and everything went without a hickup. The price was also good comparable to the Eurostar! The driver was very friendly and even offered her some water and a cupcake. I would definitely recommend Elite Pet Taxi to anyone who wants to bring their pets to the UK!

Elite pet taxi are more than a taxi service offering end to end assistance with travel times, documents and the processes involved. Marcel and Lucia are an extremely professional and efficient team. Everything is catered for including car snacks and drinks plus optional stops on route. Marcel is able to talk freely and comfortably putting you at ease yet also has the years of experience to know when you might enjoy some time to enjoy the journey in companionable silence. Marcel also simply adores animals. Within a short time he was showing us photos of pets he has transported proudly describing how cute, happy or huge (one was 75kg!) they are. You and your pets comfort are always at the forefront of his thoughts and actions. Our drop off didn't go quite to plan (our plans) but Marcel made the event so much easier adapting to unexpected challenges with ease and an upbeat attitude. Saving the situation from what would have proven a huge inconvenience by absorbing that inconvenience himself to enable us time to make the arrangements needed. Elite taxis and Marcel relocated a cat from Berlin to the Cotswolds. I cannot fault his preparation in making sure the paperwork was correct and we enjoyed the regular updates and his absolute professionalism. I cannot fault elite taxis and would use them again if need be.
