I had an outstanding experience with Elite Pet Taxi Ltd! I’ve used them twice already and both times were smooth trips with easy transitions. A litter box was provided as well as drinks and snacks for me. We stopped at a lovely boulangerie in France for a pan au chocolat. Highly recommended!!

My experience with Elite Pet Taxi was phenomenal. They were very quick to respond to my enquiry and provide me with the most affordable option for getting myself and my French Bulldog from France to the UK. I booked with quite short notice, and they were still very eager to help and make my journey possible! We had an excellent experience with Elite Pet Taxi today, transporting our puppy from Paris CDG airport to London. After extensive research, we chose them for their professionalism, friendliness, and prompt communication via WhatsApp. They were extremely responsive and flexible with our plans. Our driver, Marcel, patiently waited despite some delays from the flight. He was very friendly, professional, and ensured a smooth, comfortable journey. He even provided water and snacks. We made multiple stops for our puppy and a coffee break, and Marcel handled the paperwork at pet reception and secured a quick boarding onto Le Shuttle — that service alone was worth it. As first-time users of a pet travel service, we didn’t know what to expect, but everything was seamless. I highly recommend Marcel and Elite Pet Taxi, and we will definitely use them again. Arranging the travel was extremely easy with Elite Pet Taxi. The pricing was also great especially for the service I received. I had Rene as my driver and it was lovely to meet him. He arrived well on time despite the bad weather conditions, was very polite offering to help carry luggage and a very nice person! The service was better than I could’ve hoped for, I would definitely recommend Elite Pet Taxi and will be using them again in the future if travelling across the channel with pets.

All in all a great experience, communication was quick and easy, I had different route options and was given price for all of them as needed. Marcel was a great driver and the cat enjoyed the trip as he could sit on the backseat with myself and look at the views. The car had cat litter box available and there were snacks for me. My flight to Paris was late by 1,5h but at no point was that a problem and my stress was reduced by Marcel being very helpful with everything. I can highly recommend the service!

Where to even start? 🤍🐕 Marcel was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end of the trip with me & Chelsea. He was fantastic with meeting her and saying hello to make her comfortable in the car. He was fantastic with keeping her calm through pet passport control & the vets, which she hates both of. Also for me, I could fall asleep so comfortably and also when I woke up, he was great with making lovely conversation! What an amazing journey from London to Paris, and absolutely great at keeping the car warm and toasty and providing snacks. Thank you so much Marcel! Such a smooth experience! All the way from the pickup at my house to the final drop off in Paris. Marcel was an excellent driver, explained everything that was going to happen (LeShuttle steps and what documents we needed to show), and even had snacks/water in the car ready for us. He made plenty of bathroom breaks and was very accommodating, allowing for a pleasant journey. To top it off he brought all of our suitcases into the hotel for us in Paris. Very happy we went with Elite Pet Taxi! Highly recommend 😊

Excellent service.. I had a long journey with my pet dog Milo from Singapore to London with transit at Paris. Marcel picked us from CDG and dropped us at our apartment in London. Marcel and Lucia are well organised and supports you through all the steps.. Marcel also supported me, taking care of the pet throughout the journey.. we had a wonderful experience and will strongly recommend Elite pet taxi service.

Would highly recommend, especially if travelling with pets. We had to come back to the UK from Paris with our dog, after the holidays. Lucia and her husband Marcel were wonderful to speak to and gave me a lot of time to decide. They were also knowledgeable on all the documents needed when crossing the border (even for dogs). Rene was our lovely driver, he picked up from our Paris hotel and drove us all the way to London. The car was very spacious, clean and confortable and he drove very smoothly. We could enjoy the drive and catch some sleep. He was also very flexible with the stops we wanted to make, which was great as well. Him making that crossing (also the other way) so many times, meant he knew where everything was and where to go, very useful at the border to get to LeShuttle. Also my dog was quiet and sleepy during the car ride, but was nervous and would bark when getting out to do the checks at the border, or just for a wee; but Rene was very understanding of the situation and still tried to make friends with our pup. Honestly will use this service again if needed to do this crossing again. 10/10. Ps: there were also great delays from Folkestone coming into Calais (Rene got stuck hours coming into France) and both Lucia and Marcel, the owners of the business, as well as Rene himself, were available to assist and give updates on the situation.

Marcel and Lucia are experts in helping you move your pet from France to the UK. The whole process was seamless and easy calming us from our previous stresses. Moving back to the UK after 10.5 years abroad was a stressful process. The most stressful part was bringing my fur baby back! That’s until I came across Elite. Once we provisionally booked their services, Marcel and Lucia jumped on a call with us and immediately put our mind at rest. They were friendly and professional and we felt in very safe hands. On the day of the move, Marcel was early to the airport and kept in constant contact with us. We felt reassured and cared for. He was great with our dog, even walking her when we stopped for a coffee! If you are considering a pet taxi service, look no further. They are superb. 10/10

I recently used Elite Pet Taxi to transport my dog, Jerry, from outside of the UK/EU to Paris and then to London. I was impressed by the service and would rate it 5 stars. Marcel, the driver, made sure that I sent him the paperwork beforehand so he could check it and make sure all was in order. There was an issue with a paper, but Marcel made sure we had several options to sort it out so I didn't get stuck in France. Marcel's knowledge of the process and his veterinary contacts in France made this stressful process much easier. He was professional, friendly, and took great care of Jerry during the journey. Even after Marcel finished the job, he contacted me to make sure that we were settled in London. I highly recommend Elite Pet Taxi for anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet transportation service.

Management was very commutative and helped me every step along the way. I had an issue at UK border crossing, and I ended up being stuck in the Border Patrol station for 7.5hrs, and they were able to schedule another ticket for me, and my driver Rene waited for hours for me to get out. We ended up leaving around 2AM to go to the UK via Le Shuttle. I am very thankful they were able to help me get to the UK with my puppy, and Rene recommended a pet friendly hotel near the terminal I could stay in until the trains started running again, and he dropped me off there, so I could continue my journey into England. My trip would have been very different if they decided to not wait for me and help me get to the hotel.

I moved to London for work and left my dog Oliver in Prague until I found a flat and got settled. Then, I started looking for a service to bring my dog from Prague to London. I received a recommendation from Facebook about that service. Since I had never done such a thing before, I was a bit stressed. However, when I called Lucia and Marcel, I immediately sensed how much they love dogs and how serious and good their service is. This morning, they picked up Oliver from Prague, and I felt a wave of relief. The pictures they sent showed how caring and loving they are, which made me feel calm. Throughout the journey, they sent me pictures, videos, and lots of texts. Oliver was happy and calm with them. They are truly amazing people. I am delighted that I chose their service! Don't hesitate to choose them too. You won't regret it, and your dog will be in excellent company!

I had a pet taxi from CDG to Folkestone which was great, Rene was my driver and he was very courteous and professional, I also had another pet taxi the next day with his brother Marek from Folkestone to London and he was also very professional & courteous. I felt safe through it all and I highly recommend Elite Pet Taxi. They were very attentive to my fur child Max, friendly, timely, and provided amazing service from the beginning of the booking all the way to our destination.Overall a great company that I would highly recommend to family/friends!
