A friend of mine got stranded in Paris not being able to get to London due to unhelpful Eurostar employees and stupid regulations. I found Elite Pet Taxi by luck searching for ways to get my friend here. Even though it was quite late in the evening, Marcel retuned my call, found a driver and reviewed my friend's documentation to make sure everything was in order and she could travel without any issues. He and his wife were very friendly and helpful and everything went without a hickup. The price was also good comparable to the Eurostar! The driver was very friendly and even offered her some water and a cupcake. I would definitely recommend Elite Pet Taxi to anyone who wants to bring their pets to the UK!

After a long and tiring journey from Brazil with our 3 cats, we were incredibly relieved to have the final leg of our trip handled by Elite Pet Taxi. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Lucia, who helped us with the booking, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided clear guidance, which ultimately led us to choose Elite Pet Taxi over another company. The driver, Marcel, was equally fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared for our feline companions. The van was spacious and well-equipped, and he even had spare pet items on hand just in case. During the trip, when one of our cats became slightly agitated, Marcel remained calm and patient, helping us keep her calm. He also recommended a lovely bakery for a pit stop, where we picked up some delicious goodies. Leading up to the trip and during the process they maintained clear and friendly communication via WhatsApp, keeping us updated every step of the way. Marcel and Lucia were incredibly attentive, responsive and supportive for my move. Their communication was excellent as they helped me get prepared. During the transport, Marcel was incredible to work with, proving a smooth and speedy experience and very accommodating. He was also such a great pleasure to ride with for the several hour journey. I would deffo work with them again if I needed my pets transported!

Elite pet taxi are more than a taxi service offering end to end assistance with travel times, documents and the processes involved. Marcel and Lucia are an extremely professional and efficient team. Everything is catered for including car snacks and drinks plus optional stops on route. Marcel is able to talk freely and comfortably putting you at ease yet also has the years of experience to know when you might enjoy some time to enjoy the journey in companionable silence. Marcel also simply adores animals. Within a short time he was showing us photos of pets he has transported proudly describing how cute, happy or huge (one was 75kg!) they are. You and your pets comfort are always at the forefront of his thoughts and actions. Our drop off didn't go quite to plan (our plans) but Marcel made the event so much easier adapting to unexpected challenges with ease and an upbeat attitude. Saving the situation from what would have proven a huge inconvenience by absorbing that inconvenience himself to enable us time to make the arrangements needed. Elite taxis and Marcel relocated a cat from Berlin to the Cotswolds. I cannot fault his preparation in making sure the paperwork was correct and we enjoyed the regular updates and his absolute professionalism. I cannot fault elite taxis and would use them again if need be.

Trip went extremely smoothly, Marcel was an excellent driver and was very helpful in making sure I had all the correct documentations for entering the country. My dog loved the car ride and there was plenty of stops for her to go to the bathroom and be as comfortable as possible.

From the first phone call Marcel was helping way more than I expected. He took care of everything, from advices about the bureaucracy, through making sure we will recognise him on the airport, to bringing us safely to our destination. Lucia was very helpful and efficient with the booking process, with great communication. Marcel picked us up from the airport in Paris and drove us straight to our home in England. He made sure we and our dog had a comfortable journey and we were able to make multiple stops for us and our dog’s needs. There were even snacks and water on the car. Would recommend!

From the very beginning of finding elite pet taxi online and getting into contact with Lucia and Marcel they have been so helpful with the entire process. Marcel ensured to look over my documentation and provide me with assistance in anything I needed to do for a smooth travel with the pet taxi. Upon arriving in Paris with my cat my driver hashmat was there waiting to help me carry my bags to the car, and was very caring and supportive In helping me. Hashmat was very friendly, and kept conversations with me throughout the long drive making the long drive feel far shorter which was greatly appreciated. Hashmat was more than willing to stop when I needed to use the washroom or get food/drinks and offered his help wherever needed. Upon arriving at pet reception Hashmat knew the receptionists and I was through pet reception within 5 minutes. Overall if I could give a higher rating I would as elite pet taxi made my trip from Paris to England smooth, stress free, and Hashmat was also a very good driver which was very relieving.

The trip from Paris CDG to central London was smooth and easy. Marcel was very knowledgeable and helpful and was a great company which helped the time to pass faster.
