I am extremely satisfied with Elite Pet Taxi, from the first enquiry response and very fast communication with Lucia to the clarification of the documents, arrangement of the dates and payment to the actual trip with Rene. They are very responsive and friendly, always there to answer any question. They have made my trip from Berlin to London with my two cats very easy and stressless. I am grateful for such great customer experience.

The car that transported us was clean and comfortable. We stopped for breaks along the way and were helped with the paperwork before and during the trip. Excellent company to work with. I had a last minute change in arrangements and they were able to get my a service from CDG to London with just a few days notice. Rene was so friendly, made sure everything went smooth with customs and even got me home earlier than expected.

Lucia is so professional when answering questions and Marcel is so caring, polite and professional. They even make sure to check the paperwork correctly so that everything runs smoothly. you just get in the car and relax with snacks and water if you want, my dog ​​and I were so comfortable the whole time, and arrived in London in perfect timing! I had an exceptional experience with Elite Pet Taxi. Despite the flight delays, he did everything he could to ensure that we travel peacefully, stopping on the way home when needed for some food and supporting in everything.

I used the Elite Pet Taxi service from Paris CDG to London last Friday (17-01-2025) with my cat with Rene as my driver. The trip went very well. Rene was waiting for me at the airport arrivals, ready to help with luggages. The car was fitted with all the right amenities for the cat's wellbeing (litter, water bowl). Rene has been very friendly, caring and super professional along the journey. I highly recommend this company to whomever need to cross the channel with a pet.

I would definitely recommend this service for transporting pets to the UK. I was able to secure a taxi at the time I needed, within a few hours of me calling! My driver Marcel was very friendly and professional and took care of everything. He handled my luggage and took care of the paperwork and talking to border control. He picked me up at the train station in Calais, then escorted me across the tunnel, and then drove me to the Folkestone train station as requested. As a solo traveler, I was concerned about paying over the phone and getting into a car with a stranger, but I felt completely safe and comfortable with this service. The entire process was swift and easy. The vehicle was nice and clean with water and snacks available. The price is comparable to similar services nearby and worth the money in my opinion!

I cannot begin to explain how amazing our experience was. From the beginning communication was easy and expectations clear. We travelled from northern Italy to Oxfordshire with my cat and my grandma. Marcel was so kind, he knows exactly what he is doing and made the entire border experience extremely easy. He made sure we were all comfortable throughout the journey and knew a lot about cat behaviour, managing all my anxieties.

At first my husband and I weren’t sure if it was a scam or not because it cost us almost two grand from Switzerland to Folkestone with a pair of cats on extremely short notice; and it being unusual for a service/business to have nothing but 5 ⭐️. However, we were very pleased when it turned out that there was not only a fancy comfortable car waiting for us, but also a litter box, with litter, water bottles, and snacks along a very polite driver waiting for my two kitties and me. Marek was a wonderful driver who was very patient despite my anxieties and flurries of questions. I requested a very early start of 7 o’clock, since my husband picked the cats and me up in Folkestone and I didn’t want to arrive in the middle of the night (north England). Elite taxi managed to sort everything out extremely quick and that around Xmas too, since we needed a lift super quick as the airline I was supposed to go with made multiple extreme mistakes and the paperwork was expensive enough. I highly recommend this service above ANY airline especially a certain “Swiss” airline; they were way more professional and delivered as promised on a very short notice. Very efficient and friendly. My only personal complaint is that there weren’t more healthy snacks available but that’s just a personal preference. 5 stars well earned.

I had an outstanding experience with Elite Pet Taxi Ltd! I’ve used them twice already and both times were smooth trips with easy transitions. A litter box was provided as well as drinks and snacks for me. We stopped at a lovely boulangerie in France for a pan au chocolat. Highly recommended!!

We had an excellent experience with Elite Pet Taxi today, transporting our puppy from Paris CDG airport to London. After extensive research, we chose them for their professionalism, friendliness, and prompt communication via WhatsApp. They were extremely responsive and flexible with our plans. Our driver, Marcel, patiently waited despite some delays from the flight. He was very friendly, professional, and ensured a smooth, comfortable journey. He even provided water and snacks. We made multiple stops for our puppy and a coffee break, and Marcel handled the paperwork at pet reception and secured a quick boarding onto Le Shuttle — that service alone was worth it. Arranging the travel was extremely easy with Elite Pet Taxi. The pricing was also great especially for the service I received. I had Rene as my driver and it was lovely to meet him. He arrived well on time despite the bad weather conditions, was very polite offering to help carry luggage and a very nice person! The service was better than I could’ve hoped for, I would definitely recommend Elite Pet Taxi and will be using them again in the future if travelling across the channel with pets.

All in all a great experience, communication was quick and easy, I had different route options and was given price for all of them as needed. Marcel was a great driver and the cat enjoyed the trip as he could sit on the backseat with myself and look at the views. The car had cat litter box available and there were snacks for me. My flight to Paris was late by 1,5h but at no point was that a problem and my stress was reduced by Marcel being very helpful with everything. I can highly recommend the service!

Where to even start? 🤍🐕 Marcel was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end of the trip with me & Chelsea. He was fantastic with meeting her and saying hello to make her comfortable in the car. He was fantastic with keeping her calm through pet passport control & the vets, which she hates both of. Also for me, I could fall asleep so comfortably and also when I woke up, he was great with making lovely conversation! What an amazing journey from London to Paris, and absolutely great at keeping the car warm and toasty and providing snacks. Thank you so much Marcel! Such a smooth experience! All the way from the pickup at my house to the final drop off in Paris. Marcel was an excellent driver, explained everything that was going to happen (LeShuttle steps and what documents we needed to show), and even had snacks/water in the car ready for us. He made plenty of bathroom breaks and was very accommodating, allowing for a pleasant journey. To top it off he brought all of our suitcases into the hotel for us in Paris. Very happy we went with Elite Pet Taxi! Highly recommend 😊
