They were also knowledgeable on all the documents needed when crossing the border (even for dogs). Rene was our lovely driver, he picked up from our Paris hotel and drove us all the way to London. The car was very spacious, clean and confortable and he drove very smoothly. We could enjoy the drive and catch some sleep. He was also very flexible with the stops we wanted to make, which was great as well. Him making that crossing (also the other way) so many times, meant he knew where everything was and where to go, very useful at the border to get to LeShuttle. Also my dog was quiet and sleepy during the car ride, but was nervous and would bark when getting out to do the checks at the border, or just for a wee; but Rene was very understanding of the situation and still tried to make friends with our pup. Honestly will use this service again if needed to do this crossing again. 10/10. Ps: there were also great delays from Folkestone coming into Calais (Rene got stuck hours coming into France) and both Lucia and Marcel, the owners of the business, as well as Rene himself, were available to assist and give updates on the situation.

Management was very commutative and helped me every step along the way. I had an issue at UK border crossing, and I ended up being stuck in the Border Patrol... read more station for 7.5hrs, and they were able to schedule another ticket for me, and my driver Rene waited for hours for me to get out. We ended up leaving around 2AM to go to the UK via Le Shuttle. I am very thankful they were able to help me get to the UK with my puppy, and Rene recommended a pet friendly hotel near the terminal I could stay in until the trains started running again, and he dropped me off there, so I could continue my journey into England. My trip would have been very different if they decided to not wait for me and help me get to the hotel.

The communication received from them was timely, very clear, and very helpful too. They took the time to discuss the journey, the required paperwork and even checked it beforehand to ensure that it is correct and guided us through the entire process. The vehicle itself was very comfortable and very clean too. All our belongings were safely and expertly packed by Marcel in the day of departure. The drive was very comfortable, with great conversation with Marcel, we had regular stops to relieve the pets, stretch our own legs and feed the pets as well. Would definitely recommend them over anyone else. Their pricing was fair and very reasonable too. Should we need to in the future, I wouldn’t even consider anyone else except for them, the bar is set very high indeed.
