You can pay via a bank transfer or a secure payment link (enables you to pay by card). Please note a secure payment link incurres an additional 2,5% payment fee. The first payment is 50% upfront to secure your booking and you will receive a confirmation of the LeShuttle ticket. The remaining 50% you pay 2 days before your travel date.
You have the option to pay the entire amount in one installment.
Additionally, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your trip or provide a refund if you’re unable to travel. Full refunds are available for certain ticket types, such as LeShuttle Flexi tickets, while Day trip/Overnight and Short Stay Saver tickets are non-refundable.
The luggage allowance varies depending on the vehicle and the number of passengers:
Yes, we do make regular stops during the journey. This allows you to use restroom facilities, purchase refreshments like coffee or sandwiches, and walk your dog.
No, your dog doesn’t have to stay in a crate.
