Marcel is able to talk freely and comfortably putting you at ease yet also has the years of experience to know when you might enjoy some time to enjoy the journey in companionable silence. Marcel also simply adores animals. Within a short time he was showing us photos of pets he has transported proudly describing how cute, happy or huge (one was 75kg!) they are. You and your pets comfort are always at the forefront of his thoughts and actions. Our drop off didn't go quite to plan (our plans) but Marcel made the event so much easier adapting to unexpected challenges with ease and an upbeat attitude. Saving the situation from what would have proven a huge inconvenience by absorbing that inconvenience himself to enable us time to make the arrangements needed. We will definitely be using Elite Pet Taxi again in the future and wish you the same good fortune. Thank you Marcel and Lucia for making the journey so easy and enjoyable, and for saving the day!
