My driver Marcel was very friendly and professional and took care of everything. He handled my luggage and took care of the paperwork and talking to border control. He picked me up at the train station in Calais, then escorted me across the tunnel, and then drove me to the Folkestone train station as requested. As a solo traveler, I was concerned about paying over the phone and getting into a car with a stranger, but I felt completely safe and comfortable with this service. The entire process was swift and easy. The vehicle was nice and clean with water and snacks available. The price is comparable to similar services nearby and worth the money in my opinion!

However, we were very pleased when it turned out that there was not only a fancy comfortable car waiting for us, but also a litter box, with litter, water bottles, and snacks along a very polite driver waiting for my two kitties and me. Marek was a wonderful driver who was very patient despite my anxieties and flurries of questions. I requested a very early start of 7 o’clock, since my husband picked the cats and me up in Folkestone and I didn’t want to arrive in the middle of the night (north England). Elite taxi managed to sort everything out extremely quick and that around Xmas too, since we needed a lift super quick as the airline I was supposed to go with made multiple extreme mistakes and the paperwork was expensive enough. I highly recommend this service above ANY airline especially a certain “Swiss” airline; they were way more professional and delivered as promised on a very short notice. Very efficient and friendly. My only personal complaint is that there weren’t more healthy snacks available but that’s just a personal preference. 5 stars well earned.

They were also knowledgeable on all the documents needed when crossing the border (even for dogs). Rene was our lovely driver, he picked up from our Paris hotel and drove us all the way to London. The car was very spacious, clean and confortable and he drove very smoothly. We could enjoy the drive and catch some sleep. He was also very flexible with the stops we wanted to make, which was great as well. Him making that crossing (also the other way) so many times, meant he knew where everything was and where to go, very useful at the border to get to LeShuttle. Also my dog was quiet and sleepy during the car ride, but was nervous and would bark when getting out to do the checks at the border, or just for a wee; but Rene was very understanding of the situation and still tried to make friends with our pup. Honestly will use this service again if needed to do this crossing again. 10/10. Ps: there were also great delays from Folkestone coming into Calais (Rene got stuck hours coming into France) and both Lucia and Marcel, the owners of the business, as well as Rene himself, were available to assist and give updates on the situation.
